He didn't hear her. He was already halfway to the village, flying at full speed and criticizing himself the whole way.
Then something pulled up beside him. The parrot. Neo clenched his jaw, biting his cheek along with it.
"What a show!" The bird said. "Did you see yourself? I could see your palms sweating from a mile away. You were just like," he screwed up his face, eyes wide, mouth open. "Ha! So much for smooth moves."
"Shut up." The angel said, and flew faster. His palms were sweaty, now that he thought about it.

Xyla looked up in despair. She simply rolled over and topped herself with a blanket, her back to the door so the medic hopefully wouldn't bother her. She prayed he wouldn't come back with a medic, she would think of her parents, and that was the weakest part of her.

"Alrighty mate, as long as ya don't walk me into a trap or even worst take me back to those other Oracles" Gold replies playfully as he boldly slings his arm around Oliver's shoulders to walk closely next to him

This makes Oliver blush even more, his entire pale face has turned red “I-I won’t” he leads him to where he’s suppose to be

Yael shot another bolt in the mans arm and then got an idea. This would be a good chance to test how the girl did with a live target. He was wounded and a good first try, and should something go wrong they wouldn't be in any real danger as she would be there. She allowed him to continue on after Erin and the girl unimpeded. She appeared next to Erin moments before the man arrived. "Alright Erin show me what you can do, this kill belongs to you." Yael told her as she dropped down behind her and waited and watched. Ready to step in if needed.

Erin reacted quickly, she turned invisible and flew upwards, landing a good few yards behind the enraged man. She followed him, still invisible, loading her crossbow casually. When the man reached the edge of the forest, he roared and cursed at Yael, vowing death upon her. A few sentences in, he was silenced as a bolt struck him in the back of his head, protruding the other side and killing him immediately. Erin turned visible as he fell limply forwards, already loading another bolt if need be for another shot to the man, if he was still alive.

"Nah don't want ya getting in trouble so why don't ya go back to your post and I'll make my way out myself" Gold replies casually as he slipped the scroll away safely

He scanned the straw rooftops. Unlike the one at Bird clan, his village was on the ground. Thankfully, it was laid out similar. The central hut had a tree busting through the middle of it, which must be where the crystal shards were kept. Around that, a cluster of smaller houses. One, he knew, was the cheif's home. They had before. Though he was a man of few words, Neo had enjoyed his company. Much unlike his own father.
He cringed at the though of the Bird chieftan. Focus. Find the medic. Get help.
