Are you still raising them? I am so interested in learning more and possibly experiencing these Beautiful Birds.

I actually don't have auburns yet, just on the waiting list for next year's poults.

From all the research I've done, they seem like just the kind of turkeys I want. It's a tragedy that a breed that was once so popular is now so rare.

Depending on how the next year or so goes, I'll be in touch with you. Maybe we can help each other out with getting a few more breeding programs going for this wonderful bird.

The last person claiming to have Ocellated turkeys for sale posted last year. Read to the end of the thread and they want $4,000.00 for a pair.

My husband would love this breed. We have heritage turkeys but would love to add these. I’m struggling on finding baby chicks. Any suggestions? I live in NW Missouri and prefer to pick them up.

These are incredibly different to heritage turkeys with how to raise and keep alive. Plus there's only like 1 or 2 breeders in the country
