October Swap.......CLOSED.......

Yikes! I hadn't even thought about NPIP certification and the required equipment, according to Idaho's agriculture page (I didn't see a list of costs on Utah's page) is nearly $600. I can't even imagine trying to scrounge that kind of money for only two dozen birds, even if the equipment lasted several years.

NPIP isn't a requirment, unless you want to keep your certification right? and even then its optional, not lawfully mandatory.

There isn't any criminal penalties for backyard flocks trading eggs with backyard flocks...right?

Could I participate 2 times in the swap ....

like if I had RIR eggs 6 or more of them

and then a separate if I had Americauanas 6 or more of them

etc?

I'm interested have several purebreds and friend has a great incubator.

I would like to know what I am getting or swapping for.....just my opinion......maybe one surprise egg.......haha.

The whole point of this swap is to have a little surprise come in the mail

If you want to know for sure what you will get there is a egg chain on a different tread. we all just want to hatch and have a good time. If you don't want the breed you receive you can always sell the chicks ..IMO
