Odd Behavior Can not figure out what is Wrong with Chicken (HELP ASAP)

My Barred Rock is showing odd behavior. My chickens live at my parents. They reported she is acting slower, not pecking as much, does not run with the others as much, comes and sits on the patio hunched up. She has now been quarantined from the flock. She has been drinking water and eating some. She has somewhat of a loose bowel....but it looks like they always have a blop. She does not shows signs of respi issues, no runny nose or droopy eyes, no flopped over comb, very red wattle and comb still, she has been laying except for yesterday, she does look puffed up like she is broody. But there are no other signs of broody behavior.

I am with her now and just witnessed her throw up clear mucous and water diarrhea.

She may have crop stasis or sour crop, but also could have coccidiosis. Sometimes the sour crop can happen at the same time as other diseases, as a secondary illness. Symptoms of coccidiosis are lethargy, diarrhea (only sometimes with blood,) puffing up, ruffled feather, not eating, and pale comb. Treatment is Corid (amprollium) 1 tsp powder or 2 tsp liquid per gallon of water for 5 days. Here is some advice on sour crop:
