Odd chick out

I recieved black sumatras, blue andalusians, white Cochins, partridge rocks, and partridge Cochins. There were two suspected Mille Fleur d'Uccles from my own flock in there. This little one is an odd man out. Any ideas? No feathered feet, yellow beak and legs and light yellow tummy.

Here are the rest, I ended up with two splash, one black and one blue Andalusian lol.

What's that comb type and where are they from? Looks like a Rhode island red.
These were hatched. All but this one coincides with my order from Meyer. I had two of my own eggs in there. They were tiny light brown eggs. I don't have Rhode Island reds in my flock. It looks red in the second pictures but you can really see the grey on it's wings in the first picture.

I don't know how to tell comb type?

You may just have to wait until they are a bit older.
