Odd chicken poop and vent

Hi we have a 3 year old hen who has been acting normal. Forging moving around and eating however her poops have been abnormal and her vent looks dirty. Any possible concerns?

Is it hot where you are? Drinking a lot of water to help them try to cool themselves can make droppings runnier, which can sometimes stick to vent feathers.

Yep we have highs in the 90s my only concern was our other chickens poop was normal. Thank for the reply
