Odd duck showed up, UPDATE pics of a buddy!

IMO, I don't think it would hurt to leave some feed out for them in a certain area at a certain time of day until you can figure out what to do. Then, if their owner still don't show up or care for them, it'll be easier for you to catch and/or pen them as they will have learned to trust you.

I have a home owners association...and a husband that has been very patient...He is buying me land to expand but until that happens, I can't be a wayward duck house, and even then, there is a fine line between rescuing and stealing. Until I can proove they have been dumped I will have to assume they belong to someone, even a not so smart someone. They are in a private lake, so there is no game warden and animal control would see two ducks in a beautiful private lake and not be real concerned.
