I see a huge issue with this by law, only city folks can knock over mail boxes!

I have a feeling that our mayor has a drinking problem! I figured the laws were old but nope the date stated 1997 10 years ago people weren't trying to keep whales,large sharks were sold in tiny little bowls to children though
