Odly Colored silkie HELP!

    I hatched this baby from Pure breed Splash rooster and Purebreed Black partige hen. Iv NEVER seen this color in a pure bred silkie. Can somone explaine let me know what you think.

    Its just has mixed coloring 'cause the parents werent the same color.

    niether parents had brown. also will this be a ugly silkies do you think

    you are right it is hideous beyond belief. put it in a box and send it here [​IMG] the horror the horror argh my eyes [​IMG]

    I've never seen a black partridge ?

    I have an oddball little silkie too...it is a solid black from two partridge parents. Cute little thing too. No idea what it will look like when it grows up.
