Ok,this is Conway,12 wks old. Iv called the feed store that I got him and the owner said the breeder guarantees that there are NO cross bred chicks to come from his farm. With that said the store owner could NOT tell me the possible breeds of the chicks he/I purchased... :/ Will I be upset if Conway does in fact turn out to be a cross,no. If so he is a beautiful cross :) I would though, love to have a definite ID for him, and that's why I'm turning to y'all, the experts ;) Thanks for your time!

So, Iv researched and gotten opinions of others, and the only thing I can come up with is a splash dutch bantam..
He has all the dutch characteristics,except..his beak color :/
Which kinda looks like its changing every day, darker.

(Your white chicken with black spots looks like an Austra white, which is a cross between a Australorp, and white Leghorn. copy_of_austra_white_pullet_1_.jpg Image from Google.com

Yes, splash Dutch bantam fits. It has the white earlobes, which old English wouldn't have, and the blue legs, which neither old English nor Japanese would have. There's a chance he could be an Andalusian bantam, but I would go with Dutch bantam because they are more common.
