Lol. You’ve never even owned a oegb. OEGBs are game fowl, and can evade predators much better than a large, non-game breed chicken.
Really think about it- who would be killed? A smart, fast, much smaller target, or a large, slow, much bigger and easier to kill target?

Friendlier? Excuse me? You've clearly never met a brahma. They are just as sweet as cochins, aka the sweetest birds in existence.

I have a Brahma, and a OEGB. My Brahma slept right next to me, in my room, for the first 2 months of her life. And was handled much more than my OEGB was. My Brahma may still be a bit friendlier than my other birds, but nowhere near as much as my oegb.

OEGBs also have the longest lifespan of any chicken so...that gives them an extra bonus.
