"Gables. Monzy rescheduled the meeting at Gongll's. I was told to get you." His voice was deep, sweat shone against his dark skin as Tam tried to pry the door open further. "Comon, Rose, we gotta go."
"I didn't bring my bag." Tobias frowned. "We can take care of it after this." He glanced at the door, still waiting patiently as the RainWings quietly conversed.
(He should go to Roe's lot. That's where everyone is meeting. I hinted at that recently, but I didn't know if you were available.)
Vel answered the door, rolling her eyes when she saw who it was. "Auh, come in, Nicholas. Is the deaf dragon with you?" She peeked her head out the door for a moment.
"No Vel, he is not with me." Nicholas said stiffly. "But I can get him if you want me too."
"Yeesh, no, please, don't." Vel directed him further into the room.
"That's what I thought." Nic walked into the room and looked around. "Thank you Vel."
"-and we all were very sad. We thought that maybe he was dying, and Sparrow said that Roe had to go check on you, and then she did, so when she came back here, she said that he wasn't going to die, or stuff, and when-"
"Hi" Nic said akwardly. He was used to people looking at him with less than excited face. He wasn't the best guy to be around. But Tobias had something in him that made Nic really want to be friends. That was probably never going to happen after Nic broke into Tobias' lot. Keep your mouth shut Nic. Don't say or do ANYTHING. Someday he would have to apoligize to Tobias.
