Thanks Kiwi!Phoenix sighed, watching Robin go. "Corvus will be fine." she said. "He just likes to sulk and mope and brood. I don't know why he's being this way."

(Three MOONS a lot happened)
Sunspot heard a faint ringing in her ears that became increasingly more intense and annoying. She opened her eyes, her vision focusing, and unfocusing again. She blinked and groaned. She froze for a moment. Her snout felt weighed down, and she looked down to see a shiny metal band wrapped around it, trapping her mouth shut.
The memories of the past two days rushed back to her. The fight. Helios. Eclipse and Neoma.
A surge of sudden panic flooded through Sunspot's scales, and she shot to her feet, instantly collapsing onto her side, crashing into cage bars, her legs failing to support her. Her muscles felt numb and heavy, and her brain seemed filled with fog.
The orange SolarWing squeezed her eyes shut for a few seconds, focusing. She opened them again. Okay. Look around.
Sunspot looked around her. She seemed to be in a room filled with cages. Cages filled with dragons. No. Eclipse lay in the cage next to her, the silver dragon covering her head.
Humans scurried around, yelling at each other in tones unintelligible to Sunspot. And another very odd thing. A tall crimson SolarWing, who she initially thought was Helios, crouched in front of Eclipse, speaking to her in soft tones. A human with pale hair crouched there also, seeming to be conversing with the SolarWing. Why was this dragon free?? Why was he talking to a human???
She turned and sniffed at her wounded leg. It smelled of sharp chemicals, and the hole was closed by black stitches. It must have been treated while she slept.
Sunspot, for the first time she could remember, felt scared. She had no idea what was going to happen. She just hoped she would make it out alive.
Crest laid in his cage, one leg crossed over the other and his head resting on the cold metal. Nothing moved except for his eyes as he watched the new dragons that were pulled in the night before. Two silver dragons and two orange ones. All night he'd wondered how in the world lunarwings could actually exist. They'd always been seen as a myth. He'd also been staring at the large solarwing, trying to figure out where he'd seen this dragon before.
he stared as a smaller solarwing that looked like the larger one walked into the clearing. He'd heard about this one from other dragons. This solarwing was one of the best fighters in the Scorpion Den. He watched the solarwing converse with the lunarwing. Listening to their conversation, he tried to hide the shock when he head who this solarwing was. Sol?! And that other solarwing is his majesty, King Helios! How dare they bring royalty such as them into a filthy city such as this. He heard everything the blonde man standing next to Sol was saying. Fighting to the death?
Finally, they had left and he looked around at the others in the cages. He felt bad for them. Just the day before he had felt the same way. He was a little more used to this place now, but he was still new. Being in the sea one second and then waking up in this place is definitely a shocking experience. Closing his eyes he recalled the events from a couple of days ago. Swimming freely in the water and patrolling the perimeter of the Sea Kingdom. He saw the human girl skiing on the water and had followed her a little ways, making sure that she was truly innocent. He saw her on the rock and eventually they had locked eyes...and he saw the same eyes that he had seen before in the water. The sea blue...the same as his sisters. The nightwings had attacked and he had tried defending her but then he was brought here- The Dragon Den. He'd thought that this place, like the lunarwings, was a myth, but he had all too well found out how real it was.
He hadn't gotten auctioned the night before because of an injury they had given him. While he was in his cage, a human girl came tearing through on a bike and he recognized her as the girl from the sea. He made a ruckus to help her escape, but had paid for it dearly as they shocked him with electricity, the effect being doubled due to him being a seawing.
Now, he lay, his injury still aching slightly, but he ignored it. He was ready to be active, ready to escape and get back to his kingdom and back to his duties. But first, he had to find that human and bring her back to her home as well. Why do I care about getting her back? he thought to himself. She's just a human girl. He thought about her again. The eyes were exactly like Minami's. He thought about them and felt a strange connection with the small girl. I couldn't protect her so maybe I can protect this one... Lifting his head, he looked at the lunarwings again, wondering what could be going through their heads.
Thinking about it he realized that it was probably the same thing going through his head. Whether or not they would be auctioned off tonight.
