We don't have tv either. We have five acres and the natl. forest all around us. We read , write,are learning astronomy, do crafts, cook, bake, WORK around the property, play board games, target shoot, shoot in matches, my DH is teaching our GD and I how to use a compound bow. We do many other things also. We do have a large selection of videos and dvds though.

Great video!!! I checked them both, how cool!!! Our daughter is going to Afghanistan in March, our SIL goes to Iraq sometime between Oct. and March, don't know when yet. We get to add their three small children to our home while they are gone. Hope they'll like the chickens. Their parents didn't when they came to visit and got woken up by our roos at 4:30A.M.

We don't go to fast food. We don't go to movies very often, but did go to the latest Pirates of the Carribean and the latest Harry Potter. Those were the first ones in over two years!! We wait until movies come out on dvd. We need to voice our opinion to the movie studios and over paid actors/actresses in some way. So we do it by not adding to their numbers and profits at the theaters.

Wegotchickens the part about the eyes being used for other purposes brings up a good point.

I have read alot about the USDA and they grade a carcass. Everything on that carcass is beef...... I don't know. Regardless I still eat them ;=-), gross stuff doesn't bother me much. Now the post about the chicken sandwhich with green crap oozing out would bother me. I would have taken pictures and showed the manager then the internet. They eat stuff like that up. It's sad that the only way Americans can get real justice now is to use the internet instead of a court room.....

Ok onto chicken nuggets hahaha

He'd already eaten one of those monster packs (20 piece, something like that) by the time I'd gotten around to eating one.

Needless to say, I've not eaten at McDonald's since. That was about 14 years ago. I feel nauseated every time I think about that pink slimey nugget.

We are off topic Mdbucks haha. I have played WoW /World of Warcraft since Beta. IE Before they released the game to the public. Like all games online it can be highly addictive much like this forum lol.
