I have.

Blue room, white puffy clouds, trees and dancing animals. I did it for our oldest DS when he was 3...he's 11 now and still doesn't want it painted over, I think because the dancing horse looks like our oldest gelding who died two years ago, and the dancing dog looks like our Basset hound who died in January. Not to make it sound morbid, because it's not.

Yes, at our last house. Alas, we're in a rental now, but the landlord is my best friend so no prob. I painted a big yellow sun, and over the middle of it I painted the moon in glow-in-the-dark paint. You couldn't see it in the light but when it was dark the moon and stars came out, and fireflies in the tree. I bought a Martha Stewart sample paint set off one of those Home Depot FaceBook specials for $9 free shipping so all I need is some extra time and I'll do this room even cooler.
