Oh, and since you're working out...muscle weighs more than fat. You may already be succeeding more than you're giving yourself credit for.

I keep hoping that I am building more muscle, and since I'm probably not dehydrated anymore, that is why I do not see a weight loss.
 
Good Morning all!

Got half a temporary pen built yesterday, will polish off the rest today and reclaim my patio from poopie chickies. I'd love to turn it into an outdoor room, small tho' it is.

I like to get up, weigh, THEN go about my day cause you just naturally fluctuate 5 pounds or so during a day. 16 oz of water weighs a pound, so don't be beating yourself up if weigh after a nice big glass.

Morning McFly. I'm still nursing coffee and reading the paper. Dh is ready to hit the ground running. Me not so much.
 
I haven't any coffee yet. I've been going up to son's to make it, and haven't made it up there yet.
Its just past 7am here.

See, I know all those things, about the scale, time of day etc, but it is good to hear it from some one else, cuz otherwise it feels like I am making up excuses. Like when I weighed at the dr office the other day, I said I had just drank a bottle of water, but you say it really does make a difference in the weighing.

And I'm pretty sure my thighs are getting stronger.
