I haven't any coffee yet. I've been going up to son's to make it, and haven't made it up there yet.
Its just past 7am here.
See, I know all those things, about the scale, time of day etc, but it is good to hear it from some one else, cuz otherwise it feels like I am making up excuses. Like when I weighed at the dr office the other day, I said I had just drank a bottle of water, but you say it really does make a difference in the weighing.
And I'm pretty sure my thighs are getting stronger.
