crazy...I've always had lil babies like my mom did. Well, Zoe was taken premie so she was 4.1 and dropped down to 3.7 but I still got to take her home after 5 days. I had to add sooo many blankets to make her fit in the infant seat. Then Ava was 5. ? something lbs and the dr. said, oh, she's smaller than I expected.

Even though they were tiny when my sister who hadn't given birth or been preggers yet, asked me what it was like...I said it was like dropping a bowling ball. The nurse overheard me and grinned really big but I don't care WHO you are any 4 lb somethin is gonna hurt more than your biggest poo. That's right...I said it and went there.

Tim didn't believe me that there was a broody guinea. So yesterday I literally tripped over these day olds with their mommy in the grass, thank god no one was squished, so when Tim got in from haying I told him "Come here, I wanna show you something...*winkwink*" and led him behind the barn, which he took to mean hay rolling was in the works... then I just pointed at the whole stinkin mess of keets (at least 14 but they dont sit still so I'm not sure) and walked away. he was less then happy

Yeah, but since they are the WORST mothers, you won't have 14+ for long. You'll do good to get 1 alive if you let the guinea raise them. They don't PLAN to be crappy parents, they just are so freaking stupid they are.

There are tons of quail around here. And when they have babies, it is sooooooooooo cute.

So far everything is a go with buying the farm. The guy at the bank said he didnt see a problem with getting the loan, we'll know definitely this week (we couldnt go with a conventional mortgage because the house was built in 1880).

Gretchen yes I can see your video, get some color on those legs girl, their almost as white as mine LOL.

Well, have fun today peeps, time to free up the phone line.
