If i bump it up to 4, i am slow jogging, and only for two minutes. i'm really out of shape. The walk I can do, the jogging, not so good.
But, I'm suppose to be power walking at 4 - 4.5?
Dang it, no wonder the weight is too hard to get off.
And now, for two days i have been eating smore poptarts, cuz that's what my friend bought me, and i haven't been on the treadmill since I went back to work. I gotta drive into town to walk on it, and well, I haven't had much gas lately.
But, DH called and said if i go to son's house, we can see each other on skype, cuz he got it working on his laptop now. Haven't seen him for over a week now. he's eating at his mom's, 2 states away.
