We actually had a cat named Squishy when I was a kid, she was my sister's cat. She was super cute and totally boneless when you picked her up, hence the name Squishy. She was also...how shall I put this...quite mentally challenged.

We've had a cat like that, he was actually named George. He was oxygen deprived at birth, or so we claimed.

George and Squishy, a match made in heaven.

I was a small cat lady as a child, I can't begin to try to realize how many cats I must have tried to steal from other loving homes simply because they were outside at the same time as me. My mom ran interference on a LOT of "strays" I dragged home imagining they needed me, when they really most likely had just been let out to go potty 3 houses down.....

We have 3 dumb cats now. I still vote to throw the kittens outside, but I've not been home to enforce that idea, so I am stuck with 3 cats and 2 dumb rabbits.

I'm so getting quail once it gets warm again.

I have always been a cat lady. Just about every picture my mom has of me when I was a kid, I am holding a cat, sitting by a cat, pushing a cat in a stroller....

looky....I forgot to go back and look but our adoption story got published on the webz for the humane society.

Molly
Emma came to us shortly after I lost my shepard mix, Hailey, at the ripe age of 14. We heard about Tails from a friend and decided to drive over an hour to go see what we could find. We did a meet and greet with our shepard mix, Poncho, and the dogs did well. My 2 little girls adored Emma and we thought she would make a good companion to us all. On the drive home we spoke names and picked the one she responded best too. Her "forever" name is Molly.

Molly lives with chickens, ducks, turkey, rabbit, cats, hamsters, and a dog. She lives in a home where other small dogs are puppysat quite often and she likes to help. She has a lot of energy and a game we like to play is run around our acre and a half and have her chase us and when she doesn't come, we all play dead, and she comes over to investigate. ha ha! We fooled her! And the chase continues. She sleeps with me, Mama, every night and keeps my toes warm. Molly may be a handful at times but she's our handful and she makes our hearts full with her silly antics. She is the silliest doggy and we adore her very much.

Thanks for all you do Tails...
Whole-heartedly submitted,

Mama, Zoe, Ava, Poncho dog, Molly dog, and all the other critters
