...which reminds me...i have to go to the old house and sniff the bathroom apparently. Realitor called and said the lady who showed it on sunday said there was a smell but i was there before she arrived and I didn't smell anything? soo... realitor told me to run the taps every now and then so they don't just sit and can vent out. I think she should pull magic dust out of her arse and sprinkle the love this house dust on everyones head upon entry. eh, just my opinion.
The traps will dry out and let sewer gas into the house. Yucko. Don't forget any floor drains, too, they are a major culprit when dry.
So why does my new house bathroom sink smell like that then, when it's been running and hasn't had time to go dry? Not everytime but enough times to make me go...what the frick? And why does sometimes when I turn the kitchen sink on it takes a while for the water to come out or it comes out in spurts and when it drains it goes blub blub blub?
