Sitting in Reno now waiting for my next grandson to make his arrival. The big brother to be is watching a cartoon called Kipper and he is laughing his head off. Grandkids are fun.

I decided to try to chop onions with my eyes closed....it didn't work and I cried anyway....this spaghetti sauce is a labor of love...or torture...we'll see when it's done.

I don't know...it needs somethin...like alcohol. I don't have any burgundy like I saw one recipe on the internet have... I do have some cabernet though...maybe I should just leave it be and see if the kids will eat it and if they snub thier noses at it...then I'll add some wine. tee hee
