Office Work, Part Deux: Professional Mayhen

I need to learn thier names and put them with faces at the school. Last time I was in the school office, there was one lady in there and she was on what really appeared to be a personal call and she started to whisper on the phone and took several minutes before telling the person "hang on" to ask me what I needed. I sooo think that's gotta be her...if that's the case, I will not hesitate to make her ettiquette known to the principle.
