I've been gone so long...

He went back about 3 weeks ago.

Are they chocolate eyeballs??????

No. But it's a good thing there were no chickens around...I know the bulging look would have elicited a peck or two.

WEll its good that he got to go back, the distance can be a bugger tho!

Altho, I don't always MIND when DH is gone for work... seems I get the middle of the bed and the laundry slows down!

All I wanted was Minnesota Spring, and now I'm sneezing and wondering how stupid I can be....

Bets on the silkie egg I tossed in the bator not surviving the ducks hatching on the 15th?

I'm an optimist, I am going to believe that it will be ok with getting rolled all over and dealing with the humidity spike...

Mostly because I'm interminably perky (unless someone messes with my coffee) and because DH likes talking crap about the "stupid silkie" so much I just HAD to make one more for him....

We keep bouncing back and forth between spring and summer with little tastes of winter thrown in. I don't know whether to shave my legs or wear a sweater. Kinda ticks me off, since I have a toin of itty bitty chicks.

Silkies like a litle extra humidity, and if you just threw it in there I'd say odds are good for survival. It may be stupider than average due to bein scrambled by the ducks, but being a silkie you'll never notice a difference.
