Ok, so it's the begginning of it all....mom has to go sign and date and make it official. Then I don't know what happens...got to get the bank appraisal person out there and all that fun loany type stuff. Then my executor of the state, sis wanted a lawyer involved she says to protect me because if we do a rent to own thingy...then if mom were to die...she says we need it stated that it's my house and not to be divided 4 ways between the sisters at the fair market value...since apparently there's at least one of them that would go that direction and wouldn't care.
