We had some constructive words on the 45 minute drive to work this morning.

So as of 7:45 he was still a jerk. We shall see how the next few days go. He said he's sorry, and I know a lot of it stems from the stress he's under with the soybeans not growing and having to re-seed half of those acres and his corn really coming slowly in one of the fields... I don't know why he stresses when his corn isnt as tall as the millionaire neighbor who can afford to super-fertilize it... obviously his will be taller than ours.

Because he's a man, dear. Bigger is always better, you know?

I have to admit I stress over our hay crop every year too, so I kind of know how he feels, especially with the wacky weather so far this year. And my DH can be the world's biggest pain when he's stressed over work.

My DH finally caved and set up an FB account. I was ridiculously touched that he sent me the very first friend request (I didn't even know he was setting it up). I'm such a hopeless romantic.

I just busted my butt for the last 3 hours and found out about 2 minutes ago it was wasted.

I need to get chick starter on my way home. The ducklings are almost out, and Laree & mahonri's grandchickies will be hungry tonight

The feed store had a deal last week where if you bought a bag you got a free gallon fount waterer... I wonder if they are still running that...
