wait...psoriasis is the red flaky skin? Poor orchy...better go put on your orchy pants and take a brisk walk in the sun....or you could take a leisurely stroll....the sun is out here but one minute it looks like a storm is gonna hit and the next the sun peeks out again.

Guttate psoriasis usually pops up about a month after an illness, especially strep throat. I had a wicked cold the beginning of May and this crap showed up the beginning of June. Red, flaky eraser sized circles on my arms and legs - thankfully not tooo many of them. They were just starting to pop up on my shoulders when I went and got a slight sunburn - and they magically disappeared. Burnt my arms a bit on Saturday and they look much better now. Just need an opportunity to burn my legs and I'll be all set.

My doc did NOT want me to get burnt but hey, if it works, it works.

you don't have to worry about getting burnt... it's daim bramage you have to worry about.
