Pretty much what happens for me also. Didn't realize unemployment was ESSENTIAL. Well, yeah, what happens is the state acts up, the companies act up, so we get a bazillion more calls. Plus then companies threaten to leave the country, so I have to do my "real" job.

Which means I have NO time for playing on the computer at work. Boo hiss.

Good morning!

yay and waaaa for Boyd!

Algae, keep those companies here,

for all the work you have to do though, and all those calls.

My DH was unemployed for nearly 2 years recently. Then he got a job, but they could not make payroll, so he became unemployed again.
Now, he has another job, for way less pay than he's ever made, economy so bad, he can't sell anything at this time, so his peanut pay is being cut and threats of a layoff.
I don't work during the summer, well, I am working a summer position for 4 weeks, but only 3 hours a day, so its like not working.

Both of my sons are out of work, they have kids and house payments.

Times are still tough.

Well, I know unemployment is needed. But holy guacamole, probably 90% of the calls are the whiners who are mooching the system. Them I'm ready to

. Or whap them over the head with a clue-by-four.

Orchy gets all the fun.

For some odd reason I thought that read Orchy was viewing shirtless, very fit ROOSTERS. And I was wondering what the big deal about shirtless roosters was, given as the roosters here don't wear shirts unless they've been dressed up by the kids. But that's the abnormal thing.
