TEE HEE. That is why I would not really eat Debi or Beaners bunnies. I prefer to floss after meals, not during.

I got the mail and found 2 letters one from Zoe and one from Ava.

Zoe wrote some sentences and drew and colored a cute airplane (how we flew together) and Ava made some scribbles and I think...if I am interpreting her drawing correctly.... mommy is HUGE and her and Zoe are really tiny and off in the corner and then everything is scribbled out. hmm....what I wouldn't do to be inside that girls head when she was drawing that...oh and it's crinkled up...frustration? What?

gosh how i miss them.

I know this is their first long term visit with daddyo. I can tell you my experience. My son went with his dad for his alloted 6 weeks in the summer ONCE. After that, the man never seemed to have the time, and my son finally took me at my word that he can call and come whenever he wants. He never lasted longer than 2 weeks after that. I hope the same happens with your girls.

He'll be deployed to Korea in March for a year...who knows what and where is head is and goes from one day to the next.... one day he says he wants a lunch truck to park on an industrial lot to serve them sandwiches (which isn't really done in these parts...I've seen a hot dog truck, taco truck, and the icecream guy got shot during a gang initiation) so there's not really a market and the people doing this aren't rolling in dough. tee hee...pun intened. And the next day he says he's running off to live on an Indian Reservation when 1) He has a drop and doesn't look Indian. 2) I had just seen a PBS show when he mentioned this that mentioned over 90% poverty 3) High crime 4) Drinking problems and fetal alcohol syndrome as a result ...and a number of other factors that do not add up to his fantasy land of riding horsies as the woman beat the dust out of rugs and cook on a fire and the kids chase a dog and everyone smokes some funny stuff round the campfire at night. And not to mention I have a cop as a bro-in-law who used to work on a reservation and talked about all the crime and problems with alcohol and drugs they have.

But is that REALLY what he's gonna want to do tomorrow? No, he wants to get a tow truck. He took a key cutter class for over a grand by mail cuz ya never know...he could get into the very profitable art of key cutting.

wait...wait.... shall I continue? oh yeah, this was a good one...he's gonna sing on the grand ol opery and he's tone deaf and then he's gonna make so much moola he's gonna live on a ranch and take a year off like the severly depressed Beach Boys guy Brian Wilson did according to VH1 behind the music....cuz why can't he? huh? huh? WHY can't he? Besides he can't play the guitar but make very irritating noise nor can he sing and it doesn't matter what anyone says...it's all everyones fault and no one knows anything but he knows it all.

So maybe...just maybe...I'll keep praying he re-enlists everytime it comes time.

My first husband, (thank gosh we never procreated) was one of those men who couldn't figure out what he wanted to be in life... After I left him, he enlisted, and has stayed in for 3 tours, and is starting his 4th. Frankly he does best when someone tells him what to do and he doesn't have to think about it. (which kinda explains when he was attracted to me, i'm good at being bossy

phew, I had a bad case of heat exhaustion yesterday. Avoided a trip to the hospital and was able to get bp under control again. In other news, going to the beach

I guess sunblock lotion is too greasy, or feels weird, or something like that. Like burns feel better? I dunno.

Debi, I really like that bunny in the bottom right corner of that pic!!

And Maple, that's a funny classroom story.

Yesterday we got to go the race track again. I love it there, up in the hills, seeing the hills in the distance, lots of trees and there was sun!!
There are a lot of trails to walk on, and you can walk on the trail that goes along the track, and the race cars zoom zoom by, and your tummy tickles and excitement fills you. This time we parked by the corkscrew part of the track. The cars go up a hill and then down through the S's, its challenging for them. And the walking trail goes there too. And I walked up that steep hill 3 times yesterday, and the 3rd time I walked up it, I also went down the other side and along the track, as the cars S'd through there and turn the sharp turn. And the sun was shining, and you can stop under the shade trees.
I have some weight to lose, and some numbers in my blood to correct, walking and good diet I am to do. And that was a very pleasing walk, and that steep hill will strengthen my legs. It was a good day!

Be careful of that heat Boyd, glad you are better now, pheww

A day at the beach! Now, would that be Lake Michigan? And is that fresh water?

Funny, cuz I always think of the beach as being the ocean. Otherwise, its called going to the lake, but I know, that's not really correct.

Be extra careful of the heat for the next week. It is really easy to go down harder once you have had it recently.
