And I'm sure I will mostly be in the fog.
Sometimes the fog can actually be a little warm.
Its natural air conditioning.

And if I drive just 15-20 miles, I can be in the extreme heat, and then its too hot, and I'm not happy, and then I come home to the fog, and get happy its foggy.
But sometimes the fog is just too darn cold.

Like leaving the racetrack yesterday, it was pretty darn warm up there, then 5 miles down the road, the fog was coming in thick, and we actually turned the heat on in the car, cuz it was in the 50's.

Check out how cute this little dude is.....no idea what the heck color its going to be.

Well Lake Michigan and Lake Huron are quite large. An in-land ocean (fresh water) so to speak

He/she is so cute. Looks so big though, what breed is that again?

I have been close to Lake Michigan once. From the Chicago side. But, I don't think I got to actually walk down to it, and put my toe in it or anything.

It was in October, dang now why didn't I stick my toe in the lake?!!

Lionhead. The doe and buck are both big. That is why I say this would have been a pet quality litter anyways. They are both probably at the very top end or over of the weight range. I had wanted to breed her with my teeny tiny buck but she ate him for lunch LOL. Next time I will hold her down so he has a chance to get er done. She is a big doe but has neat coloring and for an older doe (I think she is almost 3), decent mane on her. I will keep her and breed her to a couple different small bucks to see if I can get something useable out of her. Supposed to pick up my new buck tonight. His dam's sister was Best of Breed at NATIONALS last year, so he comes from the top lines in the country right now. He is small, short ears, wide head, short body. Everything I need in a buck! LOL. Apparently his rear end isn't the best but my doe Tribble has a great rear end so hopefully it will balance out. I am really really excited to see what they produce. Of course, Tribble was just bred to Puff last weekend.....so she has a ways to go. It will be her first litter, so assuming all goes well, she will be bred back when the kits are 3-4 weeks old. Patience, I have none.

Going to night rabbit show tonight. That breeder will be there and is bringing the buck and giving me a junior doe also. She has arguably the best lionheads in the country right now. I think she also has some young siamese sable or sable points that arent ready yet, as she is getting out of the shaded variety. i cant wait to pick her brain! She is super nice via email and only lives about 2 hours from me.

Oh Nells, that sounds so exciting!

I did get to see some lionheads once, in a petting thingy set up for the kids at the race track one night. Different race track than the one I went to yesterday.
They were so cute!
I said you're bunny looked so big because when mine were born, I think 3 fit in my hand.
How big do lion heads get? Like 7 lbs or 4lbs or?

I have no idea what kind of bunny I have now. He is just a bunny, sweet as can be.
