46 and 2 tattoo out of fargo. Cliff is the artist. They have a website, www.46and2tattoo.com with artist galleries so you can choose who you want. I actually talked to Paul, the owner first, and he passed me on to Cliff because I guess Cliff loves doing cover ups.

Oh, yes. A friend of mine recommended Stephanie from 46 and 2, she really liked her.
