So now we have this guy with pocky lips zooming in to smooch a roo who in turn is peckin his lips. Oh boy, I better get back to cleaning now.

Yes, they get along prett well. Mr toes may have a slight case of dementia.....sometimes he growls at the others, sometimes he doesn't. They all hang out together just fine.

Mr toes has gained weight very well. I find his condition strange. He is thin but has a great soft shiny coat like a cat who was getting great care and nutrition. I have checked lost ads on craigslist off and on to see if maybe someone comes home from an extended trip and finds him missing. Who knows.....maybe his owner died? So hard to say.....

He is hilarious.....super friendly to me, great appetite, just happy as can be. He has an old man meow

I almost ran over a coyote last night. Silly thing tried to cross I75 at like 3 in the morning. Not a good idea. He obviously didn't look both ways before crossing. Having 70,000 pounds of truck barreling down on him changed his mind for him!

And EVERYONE is nicer than Beaner. But it's her "thing" and we love her anyways.

moment. An engineer called him and said there was truck back at the warehouse docks. DH asks what kind of truck. The engineer says, "A black one."

I had a creepy vibe from him before I checked out his paperwork. His background check confirmed my vibe. Creepy....



Beaner, I'm glad you have Mr Toes. I'll bet he did live with an elderly person. I've seen a lot of ads lately for pets that need new homes because their owner passed. A friend of mine hekped find homes for 6 cattle dogs recently.
I think DH will probably drive all my birds to KY and 'give' them to LH and Batty of anything ever happens to me. He knows where they live and can drive by and deposit a box of birds and be on his way before anyone can take a shot at him...

It's only supposed to dip to the 40s. I am moving the GL pullets in with their new boy friends and putting the "tweens" out in the Building. I have the pen all set up, I have to go get more shavings though. My last hatch super sucked. I know it's because of using the LG. I hate when things go badly because of ME!

Cleaned up the barn yesterday before I got too tired.

Foot still hurts but it's better.

J is still being pissy and weird. He was supposed to leave for WY this week but they postponed til next week. Probably because of the aforementioned freak snow storm.
