Shane and I have a VERY comprehensive zombie plan. I even wrote a book once.

I have hairy dishes...I just removed a hair ball from my dishwasher.

My kids think we need a zombie plan. I told them the very last thing I am worried about is zombies.

My niece is going to freak out.....she loooooooooves everything small and fuzzy.

How unusual for a small pre-adolescent girl-child being trained by you......

Are you adopting them from the shelter?
DD wants a bunny. DH says the GP is quite enough fuzzy rodents in the house.

They actually got along this weekend. I think it was part of my birthday / Mother's Day gift, though. They were quite smug about not causing WWIII. And both told me repeatedly how much they loved and missed me. I think that was because I was back to taking care of 100+ chicks as well as adult chickens, though...

I think the zombie plan (you need two: fast zombies and slow zombies) is the best way to deal with disaster planning. It makes thinking about the worst things that can happen a little bareable and funny, but also makes you deal with the details of disaster planning with real foresight. Makes for good discussion and helps the kids problem-solve/

True. But all my kids would want to do is stockpile shotguns and machetes.

I got this one from the feedstore. Too much drama adopting from the shelter......plus I am going to keep them outside which is probably a no-no. You know, it took like 5 visits to get mr toes adopted. Ridonk.

My niece loves me house.....animals everywhere. I took her to see foxy again on Saturday and she had to walk her. Okay, so ilet her hold the lead rope and I hold the end of it. Well foxy swung her head around to knock a fly off her side and my niece went flying through the air. Pretty funny.

Sounds like the way me and my 5 year old walk Molly the beast hyper doggy....she gets yanked and I have to hold and steady the leash.

Fortunately I have my little poodle bella......so my niece gets to walk her all by herself, while I walk the big dogs.

I wish I had a mini pony for her to play with. Sigh.
