Just got off the phone with one of my favorite customers, a salty, crusty old lady from Omaha who calls me "honey". She is so funny. Penciled-on eyebrows, enormous glasses, three-pack-a-day smoker's voice and the BEST sense of humor anywhere.

Riding. She needs lots and lots of riding to turn her into a really reliable trail horse.
