Saturday's the party, I've set aside Friday for baking. I need to put rub on the brisket and through them in the fridge for 24 hours and then the real fun can begin!

If you guys were REAL friends, you would come help me. There's going to be plenty of Quality Control and I'm not sure I can manage all of it by my self

Morning All!

This week has got to get better or get over with, I'm not sure I which I want more.

Maggots are used for medicinal purposes. They only eat decaying flesh so in a way they are a good thing. They make me want to puke though, gross gag!

Rachel I love your spider cake its awesome! I tried the Ooey Gooey butter cake recipe that is on Farmbell. It is amazing. It tastes like shortbread cookie dough YUM! I was gonna take pictures as I made it but I was worried it wouldn't come out right or I'd burn it so I'll have to make it again.

Its suppose to be 110 with the heat index. The humidity is ridiculous. I hope my DH remembers to put ice into the coops today. I do have the fans running so hopefully that will help.

Stupid Canada post. I pay 13.00 for priority shipping. so it is not held up in the backlog. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR now i don't have a clue when i get my book.

it took what 6 hours from pick up in ON to Halifax. Now it well be stuck 1 1/2 hours away from me for god knows how many days....

I HATE Canada Post. Ohh great and then i have to wait for my 21 centry poultry breeding book from the US. Yaya 2-3 weeks wait i am betting. way to go Canada Post Way to go..
