Maple, you probably remember when my sister moved down here from up north, all those trips I kept making, and then her horsie was at my house for awhile.
Anyhoos, she has now moved back up north on her property in the mountains.
There are coyotes there, and they are brave and come close.

Hi Deb! How'd your jog go?

Pretty much all I drink is water. I do drink coffee in the am, black.
I went cold turkey on the sugar, been eating veggies mainly, i found tons of yummy recipes. Black bean burgers, hummus, cabbage soup etc. No cheese and cut way back on butter. Almond milk, just a bit though. Almond butter on celery.
I eat too many calories still though.

My legs are looking a little better, but not my belly.

Just to make everyone want to punch me, my dr told me I haven't gained enough. Now I have to drink more ultra disgusting protein drinks. Something about 7 mths pregnant with 2, I should have gained more than 36 lbs. Hrmph.

I don't think I eat too much salt. I've never salted my food, and I buy unsalted butter and anytime I buy canned stuff.

I need to weigh on the scale I originally weighed on though to know for sure. I don't have a scale. And I haven't been back to that office yet. But DIL's scale showed I lost 8 lbs, and another scale showed I lost 2 lbs, I like DIL's scale, but I have a feeling the other scale is probably more correct.

Then the scale at my sister's house two days ago, showed I'd gained a pound.
So, I really just need to weigh on the original scale.
 
Put the boost down, there's too much sugar and sodium in those anyways.

Protien shake:

1/2 c silken/soft tofu
6oz yougurt
1 cup frozen fruit
1tsp honey (optional)

protien, calcium, and fiber, no funky aftertaste, HFCS or chalk taste.
 
I've never been a yogurt eater much. But, I know that it is good for you and I'm starting to like it more. But I don't know which one to pick because they can be not so good for you too, like the flavored ones. So, I just don't know.
