Should, and then will be damp, cool and covered with condensation for another couple hours. I will move her. Sure hope she makes it.

Me too. My experience does not help you at all. I am currently losing 1 hen a week. And that sucks.

Thanks Debi. I have 8 young pullets and 4 layers. I had 5 but lost Lacey a few weeks ago.

This heat really sucks. I thought I had a broody under a dugout, and I got there and she was dead. My best EE too. This heat just SUCKS.

Saddi you have GREAT reason for being ticked off. I would be too!!! In fact I WAS. To the point I homeschooled the kid his last 3 years.

She actually called his homeroom teacher last year to ask if she thought i'd doctored erik's grades.

Good morning fellow OW peeps.

It has been quite a week. Today I'm off and one step closer to fully unemployed. We can no longer take in families at the shelter due to funding. Today is the admin asst's. last day. I am working one day a week as a volunteer. My other part time job has slowed to a crawl so I will only be working one day there next week.

On the bright side, I will be back to cleaning the house, making soap, working in the yard, and exercising. Happiness, (flylady here I come).

I'm off to run before it gets too hot.

BRB,

Morning all.

Today I am going to be preparing for the mass cull "for science". A number of AZ peeps are dumping (or tearfully reliquishing) birds to be culled. One person is bringing over extra roos, I am picking up an elderly hen from another person who can cull her pet, and there are chicks hatching for the "day old" contingent.

I am not sure how I am going to handle all this, but I am betting I will do better than the two research scientists coming over to "help".

Bluebeard is too obvious for my tastes. Because I am such a word snob, you know.

MCFLY- How's your heat stroke victim?
