I want details. been considering a few once we move.
And what kind of hatch rate are you getting?
Um, well, it looks like only 2 of 12 developed.... and one egg started seeping at day 20 so I tossed it. One was really rocking and rolling about 6 days ago, and he still moves but not as much, but no pip yet. And the other one hasnt rocked or rolled in quiet a while but still looks ok when I candle. I'm disappointed, only one had a detached air cell, but it looks like most did not even begin to try to develop
BUT being the way I am, I will leave the all in there till after the hatch just because I have a hard time with "what ifs". So they went into lockdown Monday night, they are due today, but there are no pips yet.... I suppose the suprise guinea clutch makes up for it a bit?
Are these shipped eggs?
From local eggs I got 1 out of the first 4, 2 out of the 2nd four (one was culled) and then 6 out of the last 12.
Out of the shipped eggs, I got 1 out of 28
I'm going to winter over a trio and see if I can get my own eggs for next year

Woo Hooo! And when it's all done I'll have to come back and see the improvements ^-^
More incentive to get the house done - Michelle will come back!
I plan to add cabinets to the 2 walls without cabinets (including 2 pantry-type cabinets for the truckloads of groceries) and refacing the current cabinets to match the new ones. New countertops, island, updated lighting, new sink, new floor, new backsplash....the usual kitchen makeover. Eventually I'll get new silver appliances, but I'm too frugal to toss out perfectly good ones just because they're white.
Sounds great, I'm sure the new island will be PER-FECT for making jalepeno poppers
AND rolling out those yummy biscuits to go with the chocolate gravy

Beautiful! That coat will work out nice for your Alaskan weather. I'm afraid to get a dog that fuzzy because our summers are so hot.
Oddly, many of the breeders are in the southern half of the US. FL, GA, VA... Althoug there is one by Sparkles...

Then mine are underwear. Basic cotton boy shorts. DH likes 'em best.
Well, when your non-preggers weight is under 100, you can get away with those. If I wore those, I could only get three of them in the drawer. Although, if I were lost at sea, I could inflate them to use as ballast--or run them up the pole for sails.
