I friggon forgot to add a lil water so the potatos aren't as soft as I'd like em...neither are the carrots...oh well, everything else is good except the pork roast has a huge chunk of fat on the bottom...hello, I paid for huge mass of dog scraps? I wish they'd learn to carve there in that supermarket.
