So I am trying to collect hackle feathers (I hope that is right-the long thin ones) for Emily to turn into hair pretties for her 6th Grade Business Fair project. If you have any to spare please PM me for the address, and thank you. She's driving me nuts. I can't just go buy them, she has to earn the money for the other supplies (beads, hair clips, sparkly stones, wire for wrapping...)

Re: kid not liking men

Mr Toes *hates* men. It almost cost him his life as he was growling at everyone walking by when I was visiting him at the shelter trying to decide if I wanted to adopt him. I was worried he might be a bit half cocked....who wants to take home an aggressive cat? I took a chance cause he just seemed to love me....and yep, once I had him home he has contined to be lovey dovey with any female including kids. He DOES. NOT. Like men. I assume some man was mean to hm in his earlier years.he will barely tolerate my boyfriend and dad when they visit.
