But Jacob is a cutie!!! And errm, yeah, you do know that the nursing method is not fool-proof at all. Just be careful unless you are really playing in the baby-dust.

And I REALLY better not be getting preggers again.

I'm having one of those weeks where my house is a wreck and I have every intention of cleaning it, but every time I pick up the mop or vacuum DH calls and needs me in the field to drive bales into the yard or because he decided to rip out all the corn in the garden without consulting me and now needs to know what to do about the cucumbers.... I feel like my family is working against me

I got the cutest pictures of my kids with the chickens last night. Will have to remember to bring the camera to work so I can download and share. DS#1 likes cats and dogs and horses okay, but he has really hit it off with the chickens. Kind of neat.

Oh, and Nella, your niece looks like a mini-you. She is sooo cute. And such personality!

Can harvesting and storing dry beans really be just a 2 step process? Do you literally pop them out of the dried pods and dump them into a storage container? Am I missing some fundamental step and my family will die of botchulism mid-winter when I finally remember that I slaved over these stupid Hutterite Bean pods while watching AGT finales?
