You know they are the hardest to adopt out, right?

She sounds like she's going to be a great dog - although maybe not for car riding.

It still stinks in my car after being parked outside with the windows down all night (don't ask how I got so lucky to NOT have moths and cats in there this morning cause I dont know!)

Exactly what sparkles said. Too common. Too boring. They don't stand out, they're not flashy or a neat pattern or have cool markings. In dark shelter environments they are pretty unnoticeable.

Black cats have the added flaw of the whole "bad luck" thing. I love black cats. I feel sorry for them.

Why black dogs? Two of mine are completely black. Both are adopted from the shelter.

Pick the round faced short fat ones. Like my Lucy. She is very quiet.

The big long lanky Norman has a big mouth. We have a lot of discussions
