Its true, racist bastards. Yellow lab mixes were always snatched up. Black lab mixes were always last to go.

Its a shame that people totally ignore the personality of the animal to get the "pretty" colors.

Of course I guess I am guilty of reverse racism, cause I would ignore the "pretty" colored ones in favor of the black ones, regardless of personality.

Color did indeed go into adoption vs euthanasia decisions. Right or wrong. If they only had space for 2 cats to stay, the black ones would get the boot to make room for the "pretty" colors to stay.
