Yeah I have serious issues with those kind of things having been raised on a semi-silver spoon... my parent's never blinked an eye at my senior portraits... and my mom ordered a crap-ton. Now that I try to do the same things for my kdis that our parent's did for us I choke when I see the price tags...

Its a good and bad... I haven't toned anything, NOTHING. I've never been toned in my life tho so I'm not shoked by it lol!

We spent an insane amount - in my mind - on Matt's senior pictures, about $500. Then I found out that the "good" parents (not stated from Matt, just the parent gossip) were spending upwards of $4,000 for senior pictures and more.

Good lord.

I've not gotten into the greek yogurt thing yet. I don't dislike it, I just haven't found a brand that isn't disgustingly sweet. Orchy's fig one sounds pretty good however.

I had a 2-- calorie sour dough english muffin, and ~100 in butter and coffee creamer.

I am going to leave for runner's club in a minute, but not before I complain that someone peed in my flip flips. When it is cool they "curl" a bit, and someone *COUGHBAMBAM* stood at the door and filled them with pee. I am displeased.

I didnt use the photographer the school wanted us to and I didnt order graduation announcements from the school. It was just too expensive so I found a photographer that was cheaper (photos were great) and I ordered annoncements online (they were wonderful). I was playing it cheap and my DS informed me that the kids in school thought he was rich because we did it differently. Nope we were poor as dirt and struggling but I want something special for my son. We also threw a graduation party on the cheap. My brother works on an oil rig off the coast of Louisiana so we a had a crab boil. We got the seafood really cheap. I only had to pay for napkins, food and a few balloons. Everything gets dumped onto brown paper on the picnic table. Everyone was commenting that we must have spent a fortune. Nope, we came up way under budget LOL.
