Not much of a story...woke up, brushing girls hair for school, wave came over me, got hot, stripped off half my clothes and laid on the floor in the hall oblivious to the world. Got my daughter to get the phone and call grandma...who came...took girls to school since we missed the bus...then off to the ER to spend a rousing aproximately 7 hours in the ER wishing I could sleep but my heart monitor kept waking me up---dr. said, I bet that drives you crazy since my heart beats irregular--premature ventricle contraction---every 3 beats since my heart attack and yes, I feel it...sometimes worse than others-----and they put me on chemo drugs to fight the dizzy and nausea and I got to pee in a big girl poddy seat (glorified bucket with legs) so I wouldn't fall down and hurt myself walking to the bathroom.
And the best part was the drunken lady in the next room yellin stuff...that was the best part really.
Dr. said my heart numbers looked ok...which is good and sent me on my way with more chemo drugs...asked why i fainted? He says, he thinks it was my vegus nerve that can get overstimulated cause hiccups, open your capilaries and you can flush-hence why i got hot and stripped, and can cause fainting and nausea. So I did all of that except hicccup. Why it got over stimulated? dunno. I didn't wanna wake up and then I didn't wanna hear the girls whine about me brushing thier hair... I've been sleeping poorly. I've been choking on my food and drink...like I swallow and then my throat closes up. Told this all to my dr. ironically on thurs. and need to make an apt. with the gastro. Oh and I told her I have moments of feeling faint...didn't expect to faint the next moring. This occurance I do not like..in fact I don't like feeling icky at all. So I spent the weekend trying to relax but it was hard to do....
I had to call the after school program to take my kids after school that day cuz i wasn't out of the hospital and then I got them and had to run home...get Ava in her costume for her halloween parade at school and then my mom drove us of course, she dropped us off and then took my oldest, Zoe to the OZ play practice...then came and picked us up and took us to the practice to wait for Zoe to finish...then I had a friend coming in from out of town and I may have done things I shouldn't be doing like bending over to clean litter boxes and stuff like that whoa that made me not feel good but hey, it smelled better when I was done. Friend showed up on sunday...i slept till noon on sunday. Today I would like to sleep but I had volunteered for both school parties to do games.
Had Boo Bowling---wrapped pins in white wash clothes and glued on wiggley eyes. And did Halloween Night Crawler relay races....two teams each had a bucket of gummy worms, tongs, and another empty bucket...had to run pick up ONE worm and run back to put it in empty bucket and pass tongs off to next person...first team to empty bucket of worms was winner.
Had 2 treats...orange juice box and lollipops...but got stopped in office and realized the lolli's were manufactured in nut factory...dang it...and my oldest daughter is in a class with like 4 peanut allergy kiddos...so no lolli's...oh well, they had plenty of treats and prizes besides that.
Now off to go trick or treating....I'm hoping to catch my friend to walk with her...just in case.
