I'm back - apparently I missed something about pies and gang style killings.
Called the vet today because I hadn't got one of those postcards saying when the dogs shots were due. Ummm they were due tomorrow. In Iowa you get Rabies shots every three years unless you miss the anniversary of the shot and then you have to get a one year booster. All a crock of doggie doo but it's the law.
So ran the two "puppies" in for their shots. Sparky is so ferocious he was barking and growling at the big picture of a dog they have on their front window. But once he got inside he crawled up on my lap like the big weenie he is. Tucker greeted everyone and paced.
Both are healthy, Sparky coming in at a hefty 28 lbs and Tucker a measly 21. Mom and dad only weigh 17 lbs and 20 so not sure where Sparks gets his size. He is not overweight, just "beefy" as the vet called him.
Oh and speaking of Doggie Doo - have you seen this?
