Knuckles was my labra-goat. he followed me everywhere. When I dusted the dead leaves off the flower beds in the spring he was right there to eat every one, I never had to pick up a single one.

He was always quiet and gentle, he was fixed so he didn't have any of the nasty boy habits. And he loved to ride in the car.

3rd and final crockpot chicken meal. I took the remaining chicken, threw a bunch of cheese over it, heated it up and melted the cheese down and then slathered with guacamole. It's like a California Chicken dish now. Potatoes got a dash or garlic and salt and a little cheese for good measure. Burp.

Nells, easy meal that tastes great!

Chicken Adobo, you need a whole chicken, an onion, garlic, soy sauce and white vinegar. chop the onion into big hunks and break it into the bottom of the pan, lay the chicken on top of the onions, put the garlic over the chicken, pour 2 cap-fulls of vinegar over the garlic, then put 1/2 cup soy sauce over the vinegar. Put a lid on, slip it in the oven on 350 for 45 minutes or so, till the chicken is done. Serve with rice or noodles. YUM!!!!
