BTW, I still have my buffies. I was sick, so I didn't deliver them to the buyer.
And then I lost Spikely, and wasn't sure I really wanted to sell the buffies.
And then I remembered that they are high-maintenance, and wished I'd sold them....

Lori, I had quite the prolonged dream over the weekend about you - and your DH was involved too. It wasn't bad or anything, just a long dream. Darned if I can remember one scrap of detail, I just remember waking up and thinking, "I just dreamed of Lori".

Yesterday I went to TSC and looked at a huge tub full of gold-laced somethings. They were adorable. I took cell phone photos to show DD so that she knew I'd resisted them. She was proud of me.

Loved the article, Laree, but I won't be making any lavender sugar. I don't sweeten my tea (heresy in the South, I know, but I am a NERD, dang it!). And I already get ridiculed relentlessly for having a wide assortment of tea flavors. If DH had any sense, he'd study the tea I am drinking for the day and gain insight into my moods.

I really just like the smell...I tend to use splenda as a sweetener, but I made the sugar for Grandma. I also make vanilla sugar for baking.
