Whoooo's a haaappy dog? Whoooo iiiis??? Whooo's a happy dog? ruff ruff
After the store ride, I let Turoc stay in the LV with me for a bit, then he ran to DS room who wasn't home last night, but Turoc sleeps in there. So I closed the door and went to bed.
It continued to get windier, and the rain was pouring, big time. I mean huge, and the wind was howling and the trees were blowing.
Turoc started howling, it was nearly midnight.
I got up, does he want to go out?
I put on my robe, my raincoat, my rubber boots, grabbed and umbrella,
surely Turoc look, you don't want to go out in this, as I opened the back door and the screen door was slamming back and forth.
Oh yea, watch this and out he ran and up the hill into the darkness.
Holy cow, I ran out, umbrella getting blown open the wrong way, I hung on tight, I went up the hill, in the dark, did I mention it was one of the heaviest type downpours we get, and the wind was treacherous.
He didn't run to neighbor son's garage, no he ran to the gate, to the shop, where haze and puppies are.
Ok then, I'll let you in there, and the big huge shop door and blown open, even though it had been locked, and it was slamming back and forth. And I tried to shut it, and my umbrella blew open the wrong direction again, and its midnight, and its pouring and I'm in my nightie and bathrobe, and everyone is asleep.
I get the door closed and block it with saw horse type things, knowing that they will probably just blow over anyways, but it will keep the door somewhat closed a little better.
And its pouring, really big time, and I can tilt my umbrella a better way now, and its midnight, and I walk down the hill again. I am pretty wet, I turn on the heater and dry my hair. I go back to bed. DH still sound asleep, phewww, Turoc's howling hadn't disturbed him.
And guess what, IT WAS NOT A DREAM, it really happened.
And son heard all about it when he got home this morning.
And now I can go back and read all your posts.
So, although I was out and about, I still did not get to see the full moon.
And in the early morn, I took my dad his meds.
But I wasn't really fully awake, I had to do one of those jump out of bed and run up the hill in my nighty/robe things again.
