We had a murder/suicide here in our little town yesterday evening; angry husband shot his wife and then himself.

The weather service was wrong as usual; instead of 15" of snow we got about 5".

It did drift really badly though, and it's still blowing like a mother out there. My parking lot here at work is impassable by anything that is not four wheel drive; regular snowplow guy is out of town so the backup guy is coming at noon.

Yes, you could easily to an entire article on poultry shows. How many have you been to?

I've learned a lot about them after going to 2 new ones this year, in GA. Once I hit the KY show in May I will be a tri-state competitor

I got the May show in Cocke County changed to be a d'Uccle Special Meet, and am hoping to do a LOT to promote the club and my birds while I'm there.
The President of the d'Uccle club is retiring this year, but I don't have enough experience or recognition to get an official position in the club yet. But as a state rep I figure I'm on track to work my way up the hierarchy. It's the only thing that would EVER make me consider running for office

Yup. At least 12 of the cute lil eggies

I ate 1/2 my sandwich, then some thing mint girl scout cookies. I scored 3 boxes via my daughter at school. I didn't think I'd really get them, especially since the sales period ended last weekend, but she showed up with them yesterday

They'll be gone by the weekend if I don't slow down...



The exterminator is here, spraying for bugs. I barred him from spraying my space. I don't need the headache from the fumes, and I have mice not bugs.

Reeses are a decent breakfast. The peanut butter has protein at least....

Seriously, 3 boxs of Thin Mints would last me about 2 hours right now.

I just yelled at my coworker to find out where my 3 boxes of thin mints are.....she said she would find out. Lol. That will be next weeks batch for lori.

Norman going to the vet at 5:15 today......second vet visit in 2 weeks. I expect they won't know what wrong with him once again. Sigh.

I hope they can find out what's wrong, and that it's easily remedied Nells.

Would you guys stop talking about sweets please? Pretty please? I have nothing sweet here but coffee creamer and Reese's sound awfully tasty right about now.
